Her parents named her Tigerlilly – as Clemson graduates, they loved orange! But in high school she developed a reputation for snarling a little too much and the nickname stuck. After a brief foray as a roller derby player, she settled into vet school and now specializes in the problems of Savannah cats, a cross-breed involving African servals and domestic house cats.
